Talks
Every project group has a time slot of 30 min. The talk should not take longer than 20 min to have at least 10 min for discussion.
We would ask the PhD students and Post docs to present the talk, if possible.
Accommodation
We blocked a sufficient number of rooms at Mecure Hotel Potsdam City. The reservation deadline officially expired on 12 Dec 2016. However, it is still possible to book rooms from the contingent. Please, contact the hotel using the password "Evolution".
However, you may also book another accommodation at a desired place.
Travel reimbursement
Like last time, we would ask you to cover travel costs related to transportation by your individual project funds. Please notice, that the refundable DFG rate for accommodation is 79 € per person and night. Daily allowance will not be paid from SPP funds.
