Population Genomic Data Analysis
Workshop, 17 - 19 Oct 2016 in Hohenheim
This workshop is organised as part of the SPP 1529 Adaptomics, however members of the SPP 1819 can also participate and the participation of SPP 1819 members is financially supported. This is going to be the second edition of a hands-on workshop with external lecturers including:
- Torsten Günther, Uppsala University, Sweden
- Mathieu Gautier, INRA Supagro Montpellier, France
- Sebastian Ramos-Onsins, Centre for Research in Agricultural Genomics, Bellaterra, Spain
and Karl Schmid.
Topics will include demographic analysis and selection detection. Mathieu will present his BayPass program and possibly his new rehh R module for selection detection. Sebastian will talk about demographic analysis and present a new program for the efficient demographic analysis of NGS sequencing data. Another topic will be population structure analysis.
We have 25 seats for this workshop which will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.
